You agree to and acknowledge the following with respect to any services ordered by you or on your behalf from UBI Worldwide Limited ("UBI") and skyporter.skybags365.com here in after ("SkyPorter"):

Rates

Rates generated on the skyporter.skybags365.com website or by a skyporter customer service representative are based upon the information provided at the time of inquiry. Final rates will be based upon actual weights and dimensions verified during the shipment process.

Luggage Weight Allowances

All luggage items delivered are priced according to the following weight or dimensional weight allowances:

• Small Suitcase: Up to 15 kg and 59,319 cubic cm
• Medium Suitcase: Up to 20 kg and 79,507 cubic cm
• Large Suitcase: Up to 25 kg and 97,336 cubic cm
• Extra Large Suitcase: Up to 32 kg and 125,000 cubic cm

Overweight Charges

If actual weights and/or dimensions exceed either the limits above or the weight and dimensions given to us when you place the order, we may need to adjust the charges accordingly.

Packaging

All customers are required to adequately package the contents of their shipments with the necessary protective material to prevent damage.

Cancellation

skyporter will make every effort possible to limit cancellation fees. SkyBag's policy is to charge a cancellation fee of ZAR600.00 for any cancelled shipment.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold skyporter harmless from all claims, demands, and liabilities arising from your use of this website or services.

Insurance

Each Item will be automatically insured (EXCLUDING NORMAL, ORDINARY, and CUSTOMARY WEAR and TEAR) up to US$500.00.

Disallowed Goods

skyporter will not ship any of the following:

• Valuables (electronics, jewelry, etc.)
• Explosives, firearms, flammables, etc.
• Perishables (food, plants, beverages, etc.)

Right to Inspect

skyporter and its agents reserve the right to inspect and open any Item shipped by skyporter.
