SkyPorter welcomes all air passenger customers and aims to provide a safe,
secure and seamless bag-free travel experience with the highest quality of
service

Service Offering

SkyPorter's vision is to create seamless bag-free air travel whereby there are three
(3) main features of Service offering:

  • Home Check-in where passengers can check-in their baggage up to 6 hours
    before their flight from their doorstep, and at the airport they can head directly
    to their flight and skip check-in queues.
  • Land and Leave whereby passengers don't have to wait for their bags to arrive
    at the belt carousel, as SkyPorter will collect the customer's baggage from the
    belt and have them delivered them to the passenger's home, hotel or office.
    This service is restricted to arrivals in Cape Town and Johannesburg.
  • Passengers can have their baggage picked up at their home or hotel and stored
    securely to be collected later when they arrive at the airport.

Adding value is one of SkyPorter's paramount objectives. Since Covid 19,
air travel is no longer a Stress-free and Hassle-free mode of transport.
Long check-in queues, and security lines mean air travellers are subjected to
frustrating and stressful journeys. By providing Home Check-in and Land and
Leave service options, Skyporter is committed to providing a solution which
allows travellers to enjoy Bag-free and Stress-free travel In Style

Combining both Home Check-in and Land and Leave services, SkyPorter
deliver your bags from door to destination for a totally seamless journey.

Seamless Control

Seamless integration will only be truly effective if it is combined with continuous
monitoring, and a swift and proactive response to any irregularities that occur.
That is why all shipments are tracked 24/7 by state of the art technology.
SkyPorter's SkyTags are placed inside each article of baggage to achieve this.
The SkyTag has similar bluetooth technology to an Apple AirTag.
